MANAYUNK (WPVI) -- The man convicted of hitting a Philadelphia police officer while driving drunk last summer has now been sentenced.
Colin Murphy will spend between 11 and half and 23 months behind bars, though some of that may be served as house arrest.
He'll also face five years' probation.
Murphy was under the influence when he drove into an officer who was conducting a traffic stop in August of 2016 on Main Street in Manayunk.
Murphy then fled the scene.
The officer was hurt, but did recover.
