Man fatally shot in Atlantic City

ATLANTIC CITY, N.J. (WPVI) -- Police are investigating the fatal shooting of a man in Atlantic City.

Police were called to the area of Presbyterian Ave just after 5 a.m. Sunday.

Upon arrival, 45-year-old Demond Tally was found suffering from gunshot wounds.

Tally was transported to the hospital where he was pronounced dead.

Police continue to investigate who may have shot Tally and why.
