Man fatally shot in neck in North Philadelphia

NORTH PHILADELPHIA (WPVI) -- Philadelphia police are investigating a homicide in North Philadelphia.

A 30-year-old man was shot in the neck.

The gunfire erupted around 1:20 a.m. Sunday, in the 800 block of Stella Street near North 9th Street.

No arrest or motive have been announced.
