Man shot 4 times in Nicetown

NICETOWN (WPVI) -- A man was shot while standing next to an idling car in Philadelphia's Nicetown section, police say.

It happened shortly after midnight Sunday on the 1600 block of West Luzerne Street.

Police say the 24-year-old was shot four times.

He was taken to Temple University Hospital in critical condition.

Police say they recovered the gun under the passenger seat of the idling car.

No arrests have been made.
