Man shot and killed outside Frankford restaurant

PHILADELPHIA (WPVI) -- A man was shot and killed outside a Chinese takeout restaurant in the Frankford section of Philadelphia.
It happened around 10 p.m. Sunday on the 4700 block of Griscom Street.
Police say the 25-year-old victim was shot three times.
The victim collapsed outside the restaurant.
Police say surveillance cameras captured the shooting.
No arrests have been made.
