Man shot in the back in North Philadelphia

PHILADELPHIA (WPVI) -- Police are investigating a shooting in North Philadelphia.

It happened before 3 p.m. Tuesday on the 2000 block of North 23rd Streets.

A person was reportedly shot in the back. That person was taken by private vehicle to Temple University Hospital.

So far, there is no word on the victim's condition.
