Man shot in the hand in Grays Ferry

GRAYS FERRY (WPVI) -- Philadelphia Police say they shot a man in the hand in Grays Ferry Saturday night.

The incident began around 8 p.m. on the 2600 block of Dickinson Street.

The suspect had shot at another person, then exchanged gunfire with police on the 1500 block of South Etting Street.

No one was injured in the original shooting.

Police have not said whether anyone was arrested.
