Man shot and killed in West Philadelphia

PHILADELPHIA (WPVI) -- Philadelphia Police are investigating the fatal shooting of a man overnight in West Philadelphia.

Police responded to reports of gunshots just after 1:30 a.m. Saturday on the 5000 block of Wyalusing Avenue.

Upon arrival they found a 32-year-old man inside a Jeep Cherokee with four gunshot wounds.

The incident occurred on the 900 block of North Fallon Street.

The man was transported to Penn Presbyterian Medical Center by police where he died a short time later.

So far, no arrests have been made.
