Philadelphia police locate missing 6-year-old, older brother

PHILADELPHIA (WPVI) -- Philadelphia police have located a missing 6-year-old boy and his teenage brother.

Authorities say 6-year-old Nyame Ra has been located in good condition. He was found at his father's home.

His 19-year-old brother Tamir Greenfield was also located Thursday at 36th and Market streets.

Police say Nyame was last seen at approximately 7:30 p.m. Wednesday at his home on the 4800 block of Woodland Avenue.

Authorities say his brother Tamir from the 1500 block of Dauphin Street was given permission to take Nyame to the park located at 43rd Street and Woodland Avenue.

However, they never returned.

At approximately 1:30 a.m. Thursday, Nyame was reported missing.

Police have not released any further information.
