Philadelphia police search for missing 66-year-old man

PHILADELPHIA (WPVI) -- The Philadelphia Police Department is seeking the public's assistance in locating a missing man.

66-year-old James E. Huett was reported missing from his residence on the 6700 block of Rising Sun Avenue.

He was last seen by his caretaker at 42nd and Walnut streets outside of the Davida's Dialysis Clinic at approximately 1:30 p.m. Tuesday.

James is described by police as 6', 200 pounds, confined to a manual wheelchair and suffers from dementia and poor vision.

James was last seen wearing tan khakis, a brown vest, gray shorts and a white kufi.
