17-year-old father, 1-year-old baby found safe, Philadelphia police say

PHILADELPHIA (WPVI) -- Philadelphia police say a 17-year-old father and his 1-year-old child were found safe Saturday and are in good health.

Police said Mark Smith and his son, Kazim Velez, were found on Saturday at 11:30 a.m.

No additional information about their disappearance was made available.
