Wilmington woman missing since April 1st

WILMINGTON, Del. (WPVI) -- The Wilmington mother is pleading for help, trying to find her missing daughter.

24-year-old Vangelina Reynolds has been missing since April 1st.

Her family says she walked out the front door of their home and disappeared.

Vangelina's mother says her daughter is developmentally disabled, and functions on the level of an adolescent.

Her mother said, "It's been six weeks and she doesn't know how to get home, and she would do anything that anybody said. Please keep looking for her. She's out there."
