Pedestrian killed by car in Westampton, NJ

WESTAMPTON, N.J. -- Burlington County officials are investigating a fatal accident in Westampton Township.

The accident was reported just before 6 p.m. on northbound 295 near Oxmead Road, near Mile Marker 480.

One person was killed in the accident.

New Jersey state police are investigating.
