Suspect charged in death of Atlantic City lifeguard

ATLANTIC CITY, N.J. (WPVI) -- A Camden County man is facing manslaughter charges following the death of an Atlantic City lifeguard.

34-year-old John Morgan was charged three weeks after the incident involving 53-year-old Andrew McGarrigel.

The two got into some sort of fight near North Virginia Avenue in Atlantic City on November 3.

Authorities say McGarrigel suffered head injuries. He died on Thanksgiving.

Morgan is now charged with aggravated manslaughter.
