Child among 3 hurt after car, tractor-trailer collide in Newport, Delaware

NEWPORT, Delaware (WPVI) -- At least three people including a child are reportedly injured after a car and a tractor-trailer collide on southbound I-95 in Newport, Delaware.

Police say the crash happened right around 2 p.m. Sunday near Basin Road.

There was no immediate word on the conditions of the victims.

The cause of the accident remains under investigation.
