Gator foot found in truck dashboard

Wildlife officials stopped a Florida man who was driving around with an illegally poached gator foot stuck in his dashboard.

Officers had stopped the truck to check the driver's credentials.

They found many gator parts scattered throughout the vehicle.

At first, the driver said the remains came from a gator he hunted a few years ago.

Eventually, he admitted to killing the gator without a permit a few days ago.

The driver received a citation.
