Two people, including a 1-year-old child, are recovering after a house fire in Philadelphia's Port Richmond section.

PORT RICHMOND (WPVI) -- Two people, including a 1-year-old child, are recovering after a house fire in Philadelphia's Port Richmond section.

The fire started after 6 a.m. Saturday on the 2800 block of Tulip Street.

Firefighters arrived to find flames shooting from the second floor of a row home.

Crews rushed an adult to Hahnemann University Hospital for smoke inhalation.

Medics also took a 1-year-old boy who had a cut on his head.

Both victims are expected to be OK.

Four people were displaced, officials say.

Officials are investigating what caused the blaze.
