1 arrested, 1 sought in armed break-ins of Asian-owned businesses

PHILADELPHIA (WPVI) -- Philadelphia police have arrested one of the men wanted for the armed break-ins at nearly a dozen Asian-owned businesses around the city.

Norman Bowen is in jail, but police are still looking for Anthony Campbell.

According to police, Campbell and Bowen threatened people who lived inside the homes attached to the businesses at gunpoint.

In some cases, the victims were even tied up.

The burglaries have been going on since May.
