Papal flag stolen from outside South Philadelphia home

SOUTH PHILADELPHIA (WPVI) -- Police are looking for the thieves who stole a papal flag from outside a home in South Philadelphia.

The incident happened at 6:30 a m. back on September 22nd.

Surveillance video shows the suspects circling the 600 block of South 27th Street a few times.

On the third time, the suspects pull the vehicle over and steal the papal flag from the front of a home.
