Georgia man arrested after Waffle House rampage

BROOKHAVEN, GA (WPVI) -- Police have a tip for you this morning. If you don't like the price of your breakfast, you'll get arrested if you get angry and break a glass door.

That's what police say Mitchell Harris Feinberg, 39, did at a Georgia Waffle House, ABC affiliate WSB-TV reports. Officers say Feinberg went to the restaurant and ordered a sausage biscuit. When he was told to pay $1.50 for his meal, he became outrage because "someone had only charged him $1 (for a sausage biscuit) on previous dates."

The waitress says Feinberg then got up, threw his bill to the floor and kicked the glass door on his way out. The door shattered.

Feinberg later told police he "barely" kicked the door, but officers say surveillance video showed otherwise. He now faces disorderly conduct and second-degree criminal damage to property charges.
