Action News Anchors Nydia Han, Tamala Edwards, and Monica Malpass will emcee throughout the day. They look forward to also sharing their thoughts on work/life balance, professional ambition and what inspires them on their life's journey.

Moncia Malpass sat down with Sara Manzano-Daz, Regional Administrator for the U.S. General Services (GSA) Mid-Atlantic Region to discuss tips on work-life-balance in the society.

Monica Malpass sat down with Deanna Byrne, Partner at Pricewaterhouse Coopers to discuss work-life-balance tips for professional women while at the workplace.

LEYMAH GBOWEE is a Liberian peace activist, trained social worker, women's rights advocate and 2011 Nobel Peace Laureate. She is founder and current president of the Gbowee Peace Foundation Africa. She was the founding head of the Liberian Reconciliation Initiative, and was the co-founder and former executive director of Women Peace and Security Network Africa (WIPSEN-A). She is also a founding member and former Liberia Coordinator of Women in Peacebuilding Network/West Africa Network for Peacebuilding (WIPNET/WANEP). Gbowee is currently named a Distinguished Fellow in Social Justice at Barnard College. She travels internationally to advocate for human rights and peace and security. Read Leymah's full bio.

RACHAEL RAY is a New York Times best-selling author of more than twenty cookbooks, including "Week in a Day," "My Year in Meals" and "The Book of Burger." Her latest book release in October 2015, "EVERYONE IS ITALIAN ON SUNDAY" gives a piece of her family's culinary history and offers an intimate look into her personal kitchen. The book also features gorgeous photos of the food along with wonderful stories about what each dish means to Ray. She is the host of the Food Network's "30 Minute Meals" and "Rachael vs. Guy: Celebrity Cook-Off," and the Cooking Channel's "Week in a Day." CARLI LLOYD is an American professional soccer player for the U.S. Women's National Soccer Team and the National Women's Soccer League's Houston Dash. A two-time Olympic Gold Medalist, Lloyd holds the unique distinction of scoring the game-winning goals in the finals at both the 2008 Games in Beijing and the 2012 Games in London. JOHN JACOBS is co-founder and chief creative optimist of The Life is Good Company, which spreads the power of optimism through inspiring art, a passionate community, and groundbreaking nonprofit work. Jacobs and his brother Bert launched their business with $78 in their pockets, selling t-shirts in the streets of Boston. Today, Life is Good is a $100 million positive lifestyle brand sold by over 4,000 retailers across the U.S. and Canada. Jacobs wrote and illustrated his first poorly spelled book at the age of five. He's been writing and drawing ever since, graduating from the University of Massachusetts with dual degrees in English and Art.
