CENTER CITY (WPVI) -- Authorities have sounded the all-clear after a suspicious package prompted an evacuation at the Philadelphia District Attorney's office.
The incident was first reported at 10:40 a.m. Monday after a package containing an unknown substance was delivered at 3 South Penn Square.
The 8th floor of the building was evacuated as Philadelphia Police and the Department of Homeland Security responded to the scene.
After investigation, experts determined the package contained dried glue.
Workers were allowed back on the floor.
There were no reports of injuries.
