Police: Missing 3-year-old boy found safe

PHILADELPHIA (WPVI) -- Philadelphia police say a missing three-year-old boy has been found safe.

Joseph Valvo was reported missing at 10 a.m. Friday from the area of 7th and Oregon.

But shortly after 11 a.m., police said he had been found and was safely returned home.

No further details have been released.
