Police searching for missing man from Trainer, Pa.

TRAINER BOROUGH, Pa. (WPVI) -- Trainer police are seeking the public's assistance in locating 28-year-old Raymond Millard Jr.

Millard was last seen around noon on Nov. 23 at his father's residence in Trainer, Pennsylvania.

Police said he advised his family he would return that evening, but never did and hasn't contacted any family or friends.

Millard is described as 5 feet 10 inches tall, 170 lbs. with brown eyes and short brown hair. He has tattoos on his upper right arm, right hand and on the left side of his chest.

He was last seen wearing a white T-shirt, blue wind breaker, jeans and red-and-white sneakers.

Police said Millard has a history of drug abuse, was depressed and may attempt to harm himself.

He may be in the Chester City area or the City of Philadelphia, police said.
