Philadelphia police search for missing endangered man

PHILADELPHIA (WPVI) -- Philadelphia police are seeking the public's assistance in locating 46-year-old Richard Kelly.

He was last seen on Sunday at his residence at 2200 Synder Avenue.

Police say Kelly suffers from Schizophrenia and depression.

He is described as a white male, 6 feet tall, 170 pounds with red hair and blue eyes.
