Man shot and killed in North Philadelphia

NORTH PHILADELPHIA (WPVI) -- Police are investigating a deadly shooting in North Philadelphia.

It happened before 7 a.m. Friday on 19th Street near West Huntingdon Street.

Medics arrived first and found a 19-year-old male who had been shot in the head.

Police were called. The victim was pronounced dead at the scene.

A full investigation is underway.
