Officials investigating double murder in Camden

CAMDEN, N.J. (WPVI) -- Camden County officials are investigating a double murder in Camden.

Police responded around 1:42 p.m. Monday to the unit block of North 26th Street.

Upon arrival, officers found 23-year-old John Valerio and 25-year-old Aleshia Hill suffering from gunshot wounds inside a house.

Police say both victims were residents of Camden.

They were pronounced dead at the scene at 2:02 p.m.

So far, no arrests or motive.
