Police: Oxford Circle shooter crashes, flees

OXFORD CIRCLE (WPVI) -- Police are investigating a shooting in the Oxford Circle section of Philadelphia.

It happened around 11 a.m. on the 5900 block of Belden Street at Comly Street.

Police say a 26-year-old male was shot twice in the hand and once in the hip.

Police took the victim to Einstein Medical Center where he is listed in stable condition.

Police say the shooter fled the area in a vehicle and later crashed at Comly Street and Loretto Avenue.

The shooter then fled that scene.

No arrests have been made.
