Man critically injured in West Oak Lane shooting

A 31-year-old man was critically injured in a shooting in the West Oak Lane section of Philadelphia.

WEST OAK LANE (WPVI) -- A 31-year-old man was critically injured in a shooting in the West Oak Lane section of Philadelphia.

It happened around 11:30 p.m. Sunday on Middleton Street near Forrest Avenue.

Police say the man was shot once in the side, multiple times in the leg and suffered a graze wound to the face.

The victim was rushed to Einstein Medical Center. He is listed in critical condition.

No arrests have been made at this time, but police are investigating a vehicle located at Broad and Champlost that may be connected to the shooting.
