SMYRNA, Del. (WPVI) -- A woman allegedly ripped off a local Parent Teacher Organization to the tune of $11,000.

Police say Kellie Sullivan-Mcgovern was given a debit card to use as treasurer of the PTO in Smyrna Delaware. But over two years investigators say she used it for her own personal benefit, for everything from jewelry and clothing, to liquor and gas.

The 39-year-old was arraigned on felony theft charges.
