1 victim ID'd in deadly double shooting in Logan

LOGAN (WPVI) -- One victim has been identified in the shooting that left one man dead, and another critical in the Logan section of Philadelphia.

It happened just before 3 p.m. Wednesday at 18th and Wingohocking streets.

The victim, 21-year-old Basil Bellinger was shot in the left side, and back of head. He was taken to Einstein Medical Center where he died.

A second man, 26-years-old, was also shot and is in critical condition at Einstein.

Police say the victims were standing outside a Chinese store, when someone opened fire.

No arrests have been made.
