Philadelphia police search for missing teen with autism

SOUTH PHILADELPHIA (WPVI) -- The Philadelphia Police Department is asking for the public's help in locating a missing 16-year-old boy.

Police say Kalis Adams, who is autistic, was reported missing from his home on the 6200 block of Carpenter Street on Wednesday at approximately 3:15 p.m.

Kalis is described as 5'4, 130 pounds, with brown eyes, a medium brown complexion, and short curly black hair; he was last seen wearing a blue blazer, white long sleeved shirt, maroon tie, khaki pants, and black shoes.

Kalis is known to frequent the areas of 33rd Street and Ridge Avenue, 58th and Market streets, as well as Cobbs Creek Recreational Center located at 280 Cobbs Creek Parkway.

Police say he also likes to ride the Market-Frankford Line.
