Police search for missing Philadelphia woman

PHILADELPHIA (WPVI) -- Philadelphia police are asking the public's help to locate a missing woman.

Police say Charlene Gardner, 23, was last seen at approximately 8:30 a.m. Saturday after she was dropped off by her caretaker to visit a friend at 6011 Ludlow Street.

She is described as a black female, 5'3, 140 pounds, with black hair, brown eyes, and was wearing burgundy sweatpants, gray Nike sneakers, and a white jacket.

Police say Charlene has been diagnosed with Schizophrenia and is Bipolar.
