Police investigate suspicious death of 77-year-old victim

PHILADELPHIA (WPVI) -- Philadelphia Police are investigating a grisly discovery.

Officers arrived at 6:11 p.m. Tuesday in the 5900 block of Windsor Street.

That's where they found the partially decomposed body of a 77-year-old man.

The medical examiner arrived and determined the man had been shot in the chest and back.

Forensic experts are working to determine the victim's identity and the exact cause of death.
