19-year-old woman shot in North Philadelphia

NORTH PHILADELPHIA (WPVI) -- Security cameras could help police find the person who shot a 19-year-old woman in North Philadelphia.

Police say the victim was shot in the leg while standing on a porch on the 3200 block of D Street around 2 a.m. Sunday.

The gunman was able to drive away.

So far police have not given a description of that vehicle.

The woman is in stable condition.
