Evesham man arrested on child porn charges

EVESHAM TWP., N.J. (WPVI) -- A man from Evesham Township, New Jersey has been arrested on child pornography charges.

Michael W. Froehlich, 29, of the first block of Lady Diana Circle, was charged with four counts of Endangering Welfare of Children.

Police say the investigation began in January when investigators from the Burlington County prosecutor's office allegedly traced an image uploaded to an online chat room back to Froehlich.

Police executed a search warrant on Friday and allegedly found a thumb drive containing numerous images of child pornography. Other storage devices were found and will be analyzed, police say.

Froehlich was also charged with Possession of a Controlled Dangerous Substance (Fourth

Degree), for having more than 50 grams of marijuana.
