Man shot in the chest in Darby Township

DARBY TWP., Pa. (WPVI) -- Police are investigating a shooting that left a man injured in Darby Township, Delaware County.

It happened around 9:30 p.m. Tuesday on the 1500 block of Clifton Avenue.

A man believed to be in his 40's was shot in the chest.

He was taken to Fitzgerald Hospital for treatment.

So far, no word on his condition.

There are no arrests.
