2 hurt in apartment fire in Galloway Township

GALLOWAY TWP., N.J. (WPVI) -- Two people were hurt in an apartment fire in Atlantic County.

The fire was reported just after 5 p.m. Friday in the unit block of Liberty Court in Galloway Township, New Jersey.

The fire was brought under control within a few minutes, officials say.

Two people were taken to AtlantiCare Regional Medical Center, City Campus for what appear to be nonlife-threatening injuries.

The cause of the fire is under investigation.
