CHADDS FORD, Pa. (WPVI) -- Pennsylvania State Police are investigating an incident at a Delaware County gun range that sent two people to the hospital.
It happened shortly after 9:00 p.m. Monday at the Targetmaster Indoor Firearm and Gun Range located along Wilmington West Chester Pike.
Police say a 60-year-old student accidentally fired her weapon while standing on the firing line during an introductory safety course.
The bullet struck the woman who fired the weapon in the arm and another student who was not handling a firearm at the time.
The injured were taken to Crozer Chester Hospital to be treated with non life-threatening injuries.
