Police say an altercation in a strip mall parking lot left two men stabbed in Northeast Philadelphia.

NORTHEAST PHILADELPHIA (WPVI) -- Police say an altercation in a strip mall parking lot left two men stabbed in Northeast Philadelphia.

The incident happened around 11 p.m. Friday at the Bamboo Sports Bar and Grill on the 6200 block of Bustleton Avenue.

According to police, a fight started in the bar and continued in the parking lot.

The suspect allegedly stabbed a 25-year-old male in his right rib cage. He was taken to Aria-Torresdale Hospital in critical condition.

A second victim, a 22-year-old male, was stabbed in the right hand. He was taken to Aria-South Hospital where he received three stitches.

The suspect is described as a medium/dark complexion white or Hispanic male, 25-27 years old, 5 feet 5 inches tall with a medium build.

The investigation is ongoing.
