Police identify woman killed in Wilmington crash

WILMINGTON, Del. (WPVI) -- Police have identified the woman who was killed in a crash on Wednesday morning in Wilmington, Delaware.

Marsha Baise, 46, died after the two-car collision in the 200 block of Christiana Avenue.

Police say a black Nissan Maxima collided with her white Infiniti sedan around 7:50 a.m.

The male driver of the Nissan was airlifted to Christiana Hospital.

The cause of the crash remains under investigation.

That portion of Christiana Avenue was closed in the aftermath of the crash, but it has since reopened.
