Wells Fargo glitch causes double payment of bills

Wells Fargo is apologizing to customers after a glitch that drained some customer accounts, by double-paying their bills online.

The bank says the processing error has been fixed.

Many customers said the problem caused their accounts to be overdrawn.

The company plans to refund any related fees or charges.
