Chester police investigate city's first homicide of 2018

CHESTER, Pa. (WPVI) -- Chester police are investigating the city's first homicide of 2018.
It happened around 8:30 p.m. in the 500 block of Mosley Court.
Police said a person was shot to death inside of a car.
No arrests have been made.
