3 hospitalized after SEPTA bus hits pedestrian in Frankford

FRANKFORD (WPVI) -- Three people are injured after an accident involving a SEPTA bus and a pedestrian in the Frankford section of Philadelphia.

The accident happened around 4:30 p.m. Tuesday along Frankford Avenue near Brill Street.

SEPTA officials said a Route 66 bus made contact with a civilian near the intersection.

One person was transported to St. Christopher's Hospital for Children and two others were taken to Nazareth Hospital.

So far, the victims' ages and conditions are unknown at this time.
