Two firefighters and a resident were injured after a fire broke out at a garage in the Olney section of Philadelphia.

OLNEY (WPVI) -- Two firefighters and a civilian were injured after a fire broke out at a garage in the Olney section of Philadelphia.

The fire broke out around 7:30 p.m. Monday on the 100 block of West Wellens Street.

The fire broke through the roof of the one story structure and spread to an adjacent building.

The fire was placed under control around 8:20 p.m.

The two firefighters were taken to Temple University Hospital.

The civilian was taken to Albert Einstein Medical Center.

All injuries are said to be non-life-threatening.

The cause of the fire is under investigation.
