Vandals damage 8 vehicles in West Philadelphia overnight

WEST PHILADELPHIA (WPVI) -- Car owners in West Philadelphia are waking up to damage from vandalism overnight.

Viewer video appears to show one man caught in the act on the 4900 block of Catherine Street.

Police say there is damage to eight vehicles on the block, mostly smashed side mirrors -- some of them ripped right from the door.
