Police: Student finds bullet inside Logan school

LOGAN (WPVI) -- A student found a bullet at school this morning, prompting a lockdown.

Chopper 6 was overhead as police responded and secured the Thurgood Marshall School in the Logan section of Philadelphia.

Officers searched the building and decided it was safe for classes to continue about two hours later.

Fortunately, no one was hurt.

Police did not find a weapon, and so far, there are no arrests.
