Police: Stolen car crashes in North Philadelphia, 2 injured

NORTH PHILADELPHIA (WPVI) -- Two people in a stolen car were injured when the vehicle crashed in North Philadelphia, police say.

It happened around 3 a.m. Wednesday at North 3rd and West Cumberland streets.

Police say the driver lost control and hit a fence.

A man and woman were injured and taken to the hospital in stable condition.

Authorities are continuing to investigate.
