Mayor Kenney gives talk on limiting gun violence

WEST PHILADELPHIA (WPVI) -- Parents from the Mastery Charter Schools network joined Mayor Jim Kenney tonight in West Philadelphia to talk about gun violence.

Members of the Parent Action Team hosted the assembly.

Mastery's founder joined the mayor in discussing plans to limit gun violence in the community.

Around 500 parents, students and staff participated.
