Theft suspect dances on camera, gets caught later

A smooth criminal in Southern California was caught on camera doing a little celebration dance.
Police identified the dancing man as David Seale.
Seale is accused of using a set of keys to illegally enter a business in Fresno several times.
Authorities say Seale stole a laptop during one of his late night visits.
He has since been arrested.
